Supporting Students
- Lea t-shirt design: Dell dropped the ball on this majorly. We still need to poster print the three front runners and vote on the favorite. Is there an ideal event / date we could plan to do this in conjunction with?
- Washer/dryer: put on Jan agenda -we’ll have a better diea of operational needs then
- HSA Scholastic dollars for Lea Store:
Plan: spend $200 scholastic dollars per month on Lea Store. However, the box we bought in September still hasn’t been unpacked. Dell will keep working with Mrs. Clarke to update Lea Store supply needs.
- Lost and Found: Megan has been managing this, great job staying on top of it Megan!
Aynna has been sending receipts in and depositing cash in HSA safe from Nesting house
- Track shirts? Coach Jones asked about our ability to sponsor track shirts for our Lea team
Adam will follow up. Maybe use mock up ones from Sterling?
Supporting Families
- Clothing Swap: Is anyone organizing the donated uniform materials
- Lea Swag:
Sales report from book fair?
Orders are coming in for the jacket! They’re being tracked on a google sheet attached to the HSA gmail.
- CPR initiative: move to Jan agenda
Supporting Staff
- Parking Lot: Monumental Baptist is too far away to be a viable option for paid parking
- Add Chipotle fundraiser to January-February schedule (let’s specify a specific cause for the fundraiser) Krissy will double check w/ Rich and get a date on the calendar for Feb
- HSA Scholastic dollars for Teachers
We have extra scholastic dollars beyond funds for Lea store and new teacher libraries
Steph will put together a form for teachers to fill it in order to access and use the money to order useful materials from scholastic site using our money
22 classrooms + 4 learning support + 4 specials?
Work with Dell on distribution of poll
Megan can help organize and get materials to teachers
